GETTING STARTED & ALLOWING NOTIFICATIONS

To access our information across all your devices, you will need to create an account and allow notifications. For iOS devices, you will need to save our website to your home screen using the instructions found under Add a website icon to your Home Screen. You can modify notification settings following these instructions for Safari or Chrome. For Android devices, simply accept notifications when prompted. 

Please note for iOS devices, some customers have needed to repeat this process to start consistently receiving notifications: if this is the case, delete the bookmark from your home screen, and start again.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

To receive push notifications on iOS devices (iPhone/iPad) we require a minimum software update of 16.4 to enable Web Push. For a list of compatible Apple devices, please consult this list.

MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS

You can view your current subscriptions and manage them by selecting Subscriptions under My Account. You have the option to toggle between an auto-renew subscription by selecting 'Renew' and one that will expire by selecting 'Cancel'.

Note our 24-hour passes are exactly that. They will expire 24 hours after purchase and by default are set to NOT auto-renew. While you can change this, we instead recommend purchasing a week of that product to get the full value!

VIEW NOTIFICATIONS

You can instantly view notifications with the banner across any page of the website. You have the option of viewing all notifications or sorting by product. New messages will appear on your device as pop-up notifications, as long as you have enabled notifications, and for iOS only, saved the website to your home screen.

RESET YOUR PASSWORD

For existing account holders, click Forgot password on the sign-in page. Make sure you check your spam folder!

PURCHASE OPTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

We offer 24-hour passes, weekly memberships and monthly subscriptions. We will no longer offer quarterly or yearly passes, but any previous members with these subscriptions will have them honoured for the remainder of their previous purchase.

We have replaced the longer term subscriptions with up-front discounts when purchasing credits to be used in our store, which can be accessed by selecting 'Balance' under My Account

Have a code? Enter it at checkout! Note any discounted rate will not immediately apply on your 'Subscriptions' page under My Account, but if you select 'View Account on Stripe' it will appear there.

Please note with 24-hour passes, these activate from the time of purchase. Please check our socials or Discord for our latest schedule!

DO YOU HAVE ANY FREE BETS?

Sign up to our newsletter which will typically include free early plays and links to our Preview Show (available on YouTube and through podcast streams) which will focus on the main races that weekend around the country.

DO YOU OFFER FREE TRIALS?

We have introductory offers available for new members. Previous members using our new platform for the first time are eligible to access these offers. Introductory offers are limited to one of each trial per person. Anyone found abusing the offer will have any subscription terminated with no refund offered.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CHAT ROOM?

We now have a number of different chat rooms and forums in our Discord server. Join the team in discussing the latest in racing and sport!
